Shopping Sunday

I personally really enjoy Sundays. Today my friend Natalie and I went to Belmont. We had a lovely day of shopping going from vintage shop to the next. Our first stop was Something old Something New. We looked around and tried on a bunch of clothes but in the end decided to not get anything. Next was Belmont Army on the 4th floor lies the wonderful vintage section. I bought a pair of old off white Levi suspenders along with a brown snake skin purse. The last stop was Ragstock, Natalie got a great glamorous black fur coat with gold buttons for only 5 dollars! I decided to be good and not spend any more money at Ragstock.  Overall it was a great shopping day, I got two items I really wanted and Natalie scored a lot of great deals.

Window Wednesday

I have wanted to take pictures of me next to my window for a while. I really like the dress I have on. Not only is it floral print but its also velvet! I got it at a vintage store in Belmont for 7 dollars. It was floor length and pretty hideous when I bought it but i made into something I really like.  ADVICE: If you see a textile you really like although the design of the item might be hideous I still advice you to buy it. (if is inexpensive of course) Making something you buy your own is always a creative and great idea.

A very great photographer named Hannah Dunsirn took these three photos. Char Nolan the model in the picture not only posed for Hannah but put these three styles together. I absolutely love them and think they are beautiful. My favorite is the middle one. Very mysterious and in a way he somewhat looks like a fashionable villain. Hopefully Hannah will allow me to put more of her photos up in later blogs. Enjoy, thanks you guys!
Here is a better look at the pictures...

Looking cute doesn't need to cost a lot of money. The Zara boots were a little pricey but the rest of what I'm wearing is pretty darn inexpensive. My photoshop skills aren't great making my shoes pretty hard to see but I'm working on it! I personally think dark grey is a great color that is definitely not worn enough.
Hope you enjoy!

Chinatown

Today I went to Chinatown to celebrate the Chinese New Year. It was a sunny day so glasses were allowed but it was still quite chilly.
